GUIDELINES FOR PLUS ONE ONLINE APPLICATION

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The Senior Secondary Course (Plus One & Plus Two CBSE Syllabus) at Marygiri Public School is an intensive programme aimed at preparing the students to achieve great results in their Board Examinations and to help them perform at the top level in various competitive exams conducted by National Testing Agency and by the reputed centers of higher learning, universities, and colleges in India and abroad. Ultimately it aims at helping them to prepare for a successful professional life and a meaningful personal life.

Eligibility

  • Students from any Syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, State, etc.) with good character and conduct, and with proper motivation and willingness to work seriously can apply.
  • CBSE & ICSE: A minimum of 90% of marks in all subjects in Class X is preferred.
  • SSLC & Other Boards: A+ grade in all academic subjects in Class X preferred.

Selection
Selection is on the basis of the result of the Aptitude Test and personal interaction.

Note: No separate test for students of different Boards. Questions will be based on the CBSE Syllabus. Merit list will be separate for different groups.

Application Fee

The Application can be done online from 1st December 2023. An online payment of Rs: 500/- + Convenience charges to be paid as an application fee.

How to Apply

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE:

  1. The application forms can be availed from the 1st December 2023, through an online payment of Rs: 500/-. The duly filled-in application form should be submitted on or before 30th April 2024. The date may be extended if required.
  2. Applications submitted after the last date will be rejected unless the due date is extended.
  3. An Admit Card for Aptitude Test will be given once the application is submitted.
  4. The Admit Card with affixed photograph of the candidate should be produced at the time of the test.
  5. Those who fail to produce the Admit Card with the photograph will not be permitted to appear for the test.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORM

  • Before filling the form, please refer to the general information carefully.
  • Fill the online registration form and make the online payment.
  • Kindly note the transaction number after the payment.
  • Keep the photograph of Student and Parent ready for uploading (Size-50 kb).
  • All the Documents file size should be 200 KB.
  • Print the Admit Card with a photo.
  • Kindly fill all the required information carefully and correctly, else the form will be rejected.
  • It is mandatory to provide the mobile number and email ID of the parents in the form to receive notification on admission. The local mobile number of the guardian should be given if the parent is abroad.

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM

  • Read the General Information carefully and click <I Agree> at the bottom of the page and proceed.
  • Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click < I Agree > and proceed to pay.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

  • The convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards the “On-line Registration” form shall be done through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit card / UPI Payment.
  • Once the registration form with online payment is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message of Online Payment of registration and the Admit Card will be generated. Retain it for further correspondence.
  • This Admit Card must be produced at the time of the Aptitude Test. Admit Card without a photo is invalid and the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test.

Applications received after the specified date will be rejected.

Aptitude Test is mandatory for admission.

Applicants are requested to check the school website, email and SMS regularly for all the information and notification related to admission.

HOSTEL FACILITIES

The hostel facility is arranged in the school campus for both boys and girls.

Students should either stay with the parents or in the hostel. Staying as paying guests will not be allowed under any circumstances.
