GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION 2024-25

KINDERGARTEN

  • Last date of submission: 30th April 2024. The date will be extended if required.
  • Online registration only.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

  • The duly filled-in application form should be submitted on or before 30th April 2024.
  • Applications submitted after the last date will be rejected.
  • An attested copy of the Birth Certificate should be submitted along with the application.
  • Kindly allow the pop-up block coming on your browser to go for the online registration process.
  • For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools> Pop-up Blocker > Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
  • Mozilla: Go to Tools > Options > Content > Uncheck the ”Block pop-up windows” > Click on OK
  • Chrome: Go to Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Click on Content Settings > Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO FILL THE ONLINE FORM

  • Before filling the form, please refer to the general information carefully.
  • Fill the online registration form.
  • Keep the photograph of the Student and Parent ready for uploading (Size 50 kb).
  • All the Documents file size should be less than 200 KB.
  • Kindly fill in all the required information carefully and correctly, else the form will be rejected.
  • It is mandatory to provide the mobile number and email ID of the parents in the form to receive a notification on admission. The local mobile number of the guardian should be given if the parent is abroad.

 PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE ONLINE FORM

  • Read the General Information carefully and click <I Agree> at the bottom of the page and proceed.
  • Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click < I Agree > and proceed to pay.
  • Online Payment for the Application form is Rs: 300+Convenience charges/-
  • As part of the selection process, there will be personal interaction with the candidate and parent by the teachers the date of which will be intimated.
  • Applications received after the specified date will be rejected.
  • Applicants are requested to check the school website (www.marygiri.org), email and SMS regularly for all the information and notification related to admission.

Payment Gateway

  • The convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards the “On-line Registration” form shall be done through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit card / UPI Payment.
  • Once the registration form with online payment is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message of Online Payment of registration.

Important

If the online application fee payment is failed you will not be able to submit your application successfully. If you have such a problem, please WhatsApp your query/concern to the System admin (9061052079) with the candidate’s full name & class.
